Enorme Erupción del Volcán Raikoke (Rusia)

Satélite Japones registra una explosión significativa e imprevista del volcán Raikoke, ubicado en las Islas Kuriles, Rusia. El portal web VolcanoDiscovery.com informa de una columna de ceniza elevándose a 13 km de altitud y que en el transcurso de aproximadamente 6 horas ya ha viajado unos 500 km hacia el este.

A japanese satellite spotted a significant explosion of the Raikoke volcano that occurred without any warning. Raikoke is located in the Kuril Islands, Russia. The website VolcanoDiscovery.com reports an ash plume rising to 43,000 ft (13km) altitude, that in about 6 hours has already reached a length of about 500 km drifting eastwards.
